How this all started.
Honestly? It started with a photo of a Valais Blacknose on Instagram and a small property in Eden Valley that needed some sheep on it.
One thing led to another, and now we're raising three breeds we genuinely fell in love with. The Valais because they really are as lovely as the photos. The Babydolls because they're impossible not to smile at. And the Elliottdales because once we learned they're a critically rare Australian breed, we couldn't not be part of keeping them going.
We're not a big operation and we don't want to be. The plan is to stay small, do it properly, and only sell sheep to people who'll love them as much as we do.

Each one chosen for temperament, looks and history. Not a random collection of whatever was available at the time.

Small flock, hand fed, hand named. We know each sheep individually, and so will you when you visit.
Where we are.
Eden Valley is a small village in the Barossa region of South Australia, about an hour northeast of Adelaide. We're on a small rural property registered with the right authorities and we keep proper records on every animal.
